How do you screen candidates?
We check work history and references, interview each candidate and run practical trade tests for skilled roles, based on the requirements you give us.
Can we interview candidates ourselves?
Yes. You can interview shortlisted candidates and attend trade tests online or in person. Only the workers you approve go forward.
Do you work with staffing agencies?
Yes. We work with direct employers and with recruitment and staffing agencies in Europe.
Which documents do you help with?
We help prepare and organise the worker-side documents, such as passports, experience certificates, police clearance and medical reports, and coordinate with you on what your country's authorities ask for. Permits are issued by those authorities.
Which roles can you fill?
Skilled and semi-skilled roles across construction, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture and technical trades. If a role isn't listed, ask us.
What happens after I send the form?
Our international team reads your brief and replies by email or WhatsApp to clarify details and agree next steps.
